I use the screen name howowlish. Other screennames I've used are andsunshine and owlshine. You can call me Owl or Olive or Owlish - whatever variation is easiest.

I live near Memphis, Tennessee. I'm a thirty-something mom of one. I seem to be slowly collecting a personal suburban zoo with four dogs (Remus, Kaylee, River, and Oz) and a cat (Minerva "Minnie" McGonagall). Right now I'm a housewife, raising my daughter with my wonderful husband. I also volunteer as a co-leader of my daughter’s Girl Scout troop and am a Level 1 archery instructor. Somewhere in between that all, I find time to be a writer, play games, and do art.

I've been playing play-by-post roleplays since I was eleven, though the last few years have just seen me writing private stories with good friends, rather than joining a game. I've written in equine RPGs, canine, human, fantasy, and anything else you can think of. I've probably tried it all. I began playing horse SIMs/PBBGs around the same time, starting with Horseland, but that wasn't able to hold my interest long-term and since the major changes I have given up on it entirely. Now I play primarily on Equiverse when not on hiatus. I’ve also got inactive accounts on some other games, including HorsePhenomena.

I like to do HARPG/DARPG style art, usually on other people's lines/bases, but I am hoping to learn to do more drawing of my own.
